Daffodil Tutorial

This Spring I learned how to make beautiful card stock flowers from video tutorials that some talented Stampin' Up demonstrators had created. Their work inspired me to design a flower of my own and some photos I took of my Sheltie Bella provided the rest of the inspiration. Here is my contribution to the world of card stock flowers: the daffodil (video tutorial below).

This picture of Bella was taken the day before she was diagnosed with Bladder Cancer. I would like to dedicate this daffodil tutorial in her honor. Bella is currently undergoing chemotherapy in an effort to keep her has happy and comfortable as we can. She has been my friend, my walking companion and our dear family member for almost eleven years.

  1. Thank you. This tutorial is great and I will try your flowers this week. Most importantly I said a prayer for Bella. I know I love my dog and cannot think about not having her with me. I know Bella loves you unconditionaly and you love her. I hope she gets better.

  2. So sorry to hear about Bella. My DH's parents' Sheltie just passed from that. I guess they are genetically prone to it. But, the good news is she lived until she was 16 and she outlived the vet's expectations by 2 years. So, you may still have a lot of time left with her. She is beautiful! {hugs}
