Scallop Circle Flowers Deja Vu

If you're looking at these flowers and saying to yourself, "I've seen these before." You're absolutely right. I originally designed these flowers earlier in Spring. What's new is that I was asked to do a tutorial for Splitcoaststampers.com (SCS) for their permanent tutorial collection. I have a real soft spot for SCS as they were my first connection to papercrafting online over 10 years ago. These pretty little flowers make a wonderfully whimsical bouquet.
