Sprinkles of Life Note Cards Part 5

Today is the final part of my Sprinkles of Life series. This sweet little note card holder is made with the Envelope Punch Board and packaged in a 6" x 8" Cellophane Bag. Some Dotted Lace Trim and a cute little tag completes the project. Wouldn't this make a great little gift set?
