Circle Framelits Flowers Tutorial

This week thoughts of mother’s day turned my focus to flowers and how to give them. I designed these flowers using the scallop circle from the Circles Collection Framelits. These whimsical paper flowers are not hard to make, and I’ve created a little video tutorial, so that you can make your own flower garden.

I created bouquets with both the 2013-2015 In-colors that will be retiring soon and the 2014-2016 In-colors, which will be staying on for one more year. What do you think? Which In-color flower bouquet do you like best?
