September Workshop Projects

I finally have time to post my September Club Workshop projects. The first project was a card made with the fabulous Blooming with Kindness set. This is a great beginner set with a beautiful large peony-type flower and very useful sentiments to go with it. My inspiration for this card came from Yvette Ashe. I changed a few things around to make it an easier workshop card. You can see her original card HERE. Thanks Yvette for your inspiration. This card also features the Stitched Satin Ribbon which is FREE this month with a $40 purchase.

Stampin' Up Supplies: Blooming with Kindness Stamp Set (W 126420, C 126422); Neutrals Card Stock (119707); Soft Suede Ink Pad (126978); Primrose Petals Ink Pad (126858); Primrose Petals 3/8” Stitched Satin Ribbon (126844); Whisper White Baker’s Twine (124262); Vintage Faceted Buttons (127555); Color Spritzer Tool (107066); Crumb Cake Marker (120967); Big Shot (113439); Framed Tulips Embossing Folder (121809).

For our second project we made these adorable treat bags with the Ghoulish Googlies Bundle. We embossed the bags with various Stampin' Up! embossing folders. I got this idea from Mary Fish's Stampin' Pretty Blog. Thanks for your inspiration Mary. To make the scallops behind the tag, we took two 2-3/8" Scallop Circles and layered them together behind the tag.
