Romantic Valentine
It's just a few days after Christmas and I'm starting to prep for my Valentine club workshop. There are a couple of little details on this card that came out of my experimentation. Game Spinner Hand Cupid's Arrow: I'm using the game spinner hands for a cupid's arrow. I cut the arrow in half using a pair of pliers to make it long enough. Decorative Label Punch Mini Label: I created a mini label from the Decorative Label Punch. I stamped my sentiment on a piece of card stock. I then aligned the sentiment at one of the small ends of the decorative label punch and punched. I then fed the punched piece back through one of the the short sides and punch again (see photos below). I also enjoyed using the lap of luxury paper for the color palette for this Valentine ... something different from the traditional red.
Stampin' Up! Supplies: Filled With Love Stamp Set; Card Stock: Concord Crush, Lap of Luxury, Pretty in Pink, Whisper White; Ink: Concord Crush; Pink Pirouette, Punches: 2-1/2" Circle, Full Heart, Small Heart, Decorative Label; Concord Crush Poly Ribbon, Game Spinner Hand, White Embossing Powder, Heat Tool, Pretty in Pink Brad, Sponge Dauber, Scalloped Heart of Hearts Embosslit, Finial Press Embossing Folder, Big Shot, Dimensionals
