Christmas Bingo Prizes
Here are the prizes I made for Christmas Bingo at my November Stamp Club workshop. I wanted to make sure that everyone received a prize, so they couldn’t be too expensive. My neighbor came up with the idea to use Rolos, when I had trouble finding the smaller size of foil-wrapped Hershey’s bars. I used 4” x 3-1/2” pieces of designer series paper to cover the Rolos, which meant that I could get 9 covers out of one sheet of paper. The 4 inches didn’t completely cover to the ends of the Rolos, but after experimenting I decided that the brown edge looked better anyway. I think these Rolo prizes would make a nice Christmas favor for minimal expense and effort.
Supplies
Jolly Bingo Bits, Jolly Holiday Designer Series Paper, Old Olive CS, Whisper White CS, Ink: Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso; Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding, 1-3/8” Circle Punch, 1-1/4” Circle Punch, Sponge Dauber, Crop-a-dile, Rolos
Thanks for visiting!
Hi Brenda,
ReplyDeleteThank you for leaving me a comment on my SCS snowman. Your comment led me to your blog, wow, you have some fabulous ideas! I would love to do this for my ladies! Who doesn't love rolo!! I also read about your pup, I am so sorry to hear she is unwell. Our pup was recently diagnosed with bone cancer and I know how sad you must be.
Take care,
Lesley
These are adorable. I think I am going to make some of these for gifts to my little sunday schoolers
